BEAUTY OF JOSEON Green Plum Refreshing Cleanser, with its gentle, slightly acidic formulation, harnesses the power of plant-derived extracts from plum and mung bean seeds to achieve just that.

Key ingredients: 

  • Plum water 24% - According to Donguibogam, plums are sour and non-toxic, and not only do they reduce fever and relieve heartburn, they also quench thirst and rejuvenate muscles and the pulse. Plums are rich in organic acids and vitamins, and have long been used as an herbal ingredient. They soften old dead skin cells and moisturize the skin.
  • Mung bean seed extract 3% - Mung beans are effective for exfoliating, so they were made into a face cleanser by grinding them together with red beans, other beans, and rice bran in the Joseon Dynasty. In addition, the saponin contained in mung bean helps to keep the skin moist for a long time by promoting the creation of moisture.
